We will bring all necessary equipment to perform a thorough assessment and treatment.

Initial Evaluation session includes:

Functional Movement Screen with joint range of motion and strength testing; assessment of all daily activities affected by injury/complaint. Pertinent background and medical history. Goal setting.

Follow-up Sessions will include manual treatment, corrective exercises and what to focus on between treatment.

Home exercises in picture and/or video format.

Email correspondence throughout care.
